Objective
To educate employees on the traits of servant leadership, and to promote these behaviors in managers and leaders.
Approach
I built this training using micro-learning, which allows users to choose which modules they want to complete and when. This was an optional training for busy managers who wanted to better understand the principles of servant leadership.
I thought it was important to use a visual metaphor when designing this, so I chose a pathway or a trail, with each module representing a checkpoint on the trail. As learners moved through the material, a hiker would appear after each module on the main menu to indicate their completion.
After organizing the content into sections, I created videos, built interactive quizzing, and conducted interviews to illustrate and communicate the key factors in each module.

Once learners completed all modules, they’ve ascended the trail and reached the peak, where they can access additional materials and resources.
